Domestic Shipping (within Nigeria)

The following options are available at checkout:

Standard Delivery

Lagos: 2-7 working days
All other states: 2-10 working days

Next Day Delivery

Lagos & Port Harcourt ONLY: Orders placed before 5pm (Mon – Fri) are delivered the next working day.

Same Day Delivery

Lagos & Port Harcourt ONLY: Orders are delivered on the same day according to the times below.

Orders to Mainland (Lagos) end 12pm (Mon – Fri)

Orders to Island (Lagos – locations beyond VGC) end by 12pm (Mon – Fri)

Orders to Island (Lagos – Lagos Island, Ikoyi, VI, Lekki-up to VGC) end by 2pm (Mon – Fri)

Orders to Port Harcourt end by 12pm (Mon – Fri)

Saturday Delivery

Lagos ONLY: Orders may be placed any day but sent in latest by 2pm on Friday to be delivered that Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.

Note: Orders may take up to 2 working days to process during busier periods.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 – 10 working days.

Heat Exposure

For deliveries outside of Lagos, it is possible for our Ivory Butter to melt in transit due to the warm weather climate of Nigeria.  The volume of Ivory Butter may reduce and the contents may melt completely and liquidise.  Please be assured that the quality of Ivory Butter will not change but as it solidifies, the texture may change & contents appear to be less.  To solidify melted Ivory Butter, place in the fridge for up to 10 minutes and then leave at room temperature.

Please order items to an address where products will not be exposed to heat for a long period time. Do not leave items under the sun, in very hot places, cars, outside or in gatehouses.

We will do our best to preserve items as they make their way to you.  For all deliveries outside of Lagos, a heat controlled environment is used by DHL.  Our shipping boxes now include insulated and heat deflecting materials to avoid melting during transit.

We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items. All sales are final.

Q: Do you offer Refunds or Exchange?

A: Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully. 

Q: When is an exchange applicable?

A: If an unused damaged product is reported within 24hrs, the item(s) will be picked up. After thorough investigation, you may receive an exchange with the same product, or a coupon, for the purchase price of the product.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order to get a refund?

A: In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be cancelled or modified. 

Q: My Item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?

A: Please contact us immediately on 08167517880 or customercare@aramiessentials.com.  

Q: I typed in the wrong address and need to change it

A: Please contact us immediately on 08167517880 or customercare@aramiessentials.com. However, once orders are processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified. Where a wrong address is provided, and items are undeliverable at first attempt, you will be charged for a second delivery attempt.

Q: Can I exchange my items purchased from any stockist?

A: Unfortunately, Arami Essentials cannot facilitate returns or exchanges of items purchased from anywhere other than aramiessentials.com. Please contact the retailer directly.
